Google Doc FTW

Recently, Freya was showing me how internatioanl center use google doc as a tool to organize volunteers for their pomotion booth shift. It was amazing how easy to use it and collaborate with other on same project.
I decided to test it out on up coming volunteer sign-in. Basically, all I have to do is just setup an excel sheet with time and explain what to do, and send invitations to our volunteers to view and edit the file online. After all, they will see what available to sign up.
At end of the day, I don’t have to decide who is taking what shifts. Job done!
